The Gambia Under 20 team has gone to camp at the Seaview Hotel ahead of their Saturday 9 July first leg qualifier against Guinea Conakry at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

Twenty players, who went to camp on Saturday 2 July 2016, are currently being prepared by Coach Omar Ceesay and his technical team at the FIFA Goal Project in Yundum.

The Young Scorpions, who eliminated Morocco and Sierra Leone in the early stages of the qualifiers, hope for a positive result against their fellow West African counterparts to boost their chances of securing a place in the tournament proper.

This is the first leg of the 3rd and final of qualifier matches for CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, Zambia 2017.

Meanwhile the Gambia Football Federation has revealed that match ticket prices for the game are as follows: VIP D500, covered pavilion D100 and opposite covered pavilion D50. All other flanks are pegged at D25.

This, according to the GFF, is to accommodate all fans and to further give them opportunity to watch and cheer up the Young Scorpions final home leg match before their eventual qualifier for the 2017 Zambia edition.

The public is further informed that all match tickets will be sold only on the match day at the Independence Stadium gates while gates will be opened as early as 12 noon.
