Armed Forces (GAF) are anxious to stretch their lead in the 2019-2020 Gambia
Football Federation (GFF) division one league when they play against Gambia
Ports Authority in the week-four fixture this Monday, at the Banjul KG5 Mini
Stadium at 4.30pm.
The
Soldiers are currently topping the country’s elite league standings with 7
points after snatching two victories and drawing one.
They
will compete to bag maximum points to rejuvenate their lead in the league and
to maintain their chances of lifting the 2019-2020 league title after
surrendering league crown to Brikama United last season.
The
Ferry boys are currently flopping in the league with 1 point following their
goalless draw with Wallidan after losing their two opening league games.
They
will combat to lift magnificent three points to move away from the relegation
zone following their dismal start to the league season.
Meanwhile,
matches will continue this Friday, 3 January when Wallidan will take on Gamtel
at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium while Real de Banjul will clash with BK Milan at
the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on same day.
Saturday
4 January, Marimoo will host Brikama United at the Father Gough Sports Complex
in Manjai Kunda while newly-promoted side Elite United will lock horns with
Banjul United at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day.
Sunday
5 January, Tallinding United will entertain newly-promoted side Waa Banjul at
the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium while Hawks will welcome Fortune at the Banjul
KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day.
