Members of the Family Gambia recently visited Arabic students for computer and English literacy at The Gambia College Campus in Brikama.
The visit was to brief the students about the organization’s activities in education.
Speaking on college campus, Lamin Dibba, the project supervisor of Family Gambia spoke at length about the activities of Family Gambia.
He said his organization is operating in region two with an office in Lamin Sanchaba village.
Mr Dibba assured the Arabic students of Gambia College of Family Gambia’s collaboration and necessary support.
Patrick S. Nagbe, international coordinator of Family Gambia, dilated on the importance of studying English and computer as an Arabic student.
He also promised the students that if they are interested, the organization would organize Level One training for them, while advising them to register to become members of the organization.
According to them, this is the only opportunity for them to learn English and Computer. Some other Arabic students from other parts of the country appealed to Family Gambia for more support.
Ishaka Sanyang, a senior lecturer and also representative of the head of the Arabic students department, also welcomed the idea and encouraged the students to register with the organization.
