When the case was called, the court was told that the prosecution and their witness were not in court.
The trial judge at that juncture adjourned the case till 14 January 2013, for the prosecution to continue with his witness.
It would be recalled that the prosecution had so far called several witnesses and tendered several exhibits in support of their case.
