Gambia National Lottery Company (GNL) over the weekend disbursed jackpot of over D120, 000 to eight of its esteemed customers, with each receiving D14, 125, 00 after being declared winners.
The winners are Dawda Buhare, Ebrima Ceesay, Yawkwesi, Muhammadou Susso, Sako Fatty and Saloum Secka.
According to the GNL officials, they pay more than D120, 000 on a daily basis to their customers.
Addressing the winners, the Marketing Manager of GNL, Mr. Fabarkary Jammeh said GNL is committed to improving the livelihood of its customers. He added that Gambia National Lottery Company has created job employment opportunities for Gambian youths in diverse areas, adding that all their products are worth while.
He used the occasion to urge their customers to keep patronising the company, as it is there to help and alleviate poverty.
He thanked the media for disseminating accurate information to their respective customers, while describing them as partners in development.
Other speakers included Amadou Marenah, the Chief Accountant at GNL, who chaired and presented cheques to the lucky winners.
He praised the winners for choosing GNL for betting and gaming.
