One Modou Jallow was yesterday arraigned before
Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with careless
driving.
According to the charge sheet read in court, on 17 June 2015 at Brufut Highway, he drove a motor vehicle (with registration number BJL 7091H) without due care and attention, and thereby caused an accident.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D2,500 with a Gambian surety, who must swear to an affidavit of means and deposit an ID card.
The case was adjourned till 20 July 2015.
