According to the charge sheet read in court, on 17 June 2015 at Brufut Highway, he drove a motor vehicle (with registration number BJL 7091H) without due care and attention, and thereby caused an accident.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D2,500 with a Gambian surety, who must swear to an affidavit of means and deposit an ID card.
The case was adjourned till 20 July 2015.
