The particulars of offence stated that on 3 May 2011, at New Yundum Village, the defendant, Jonkong Camara, drove a motor vehicle with registration number EC 256DA Land Rover without due care and attention and thereby caused an accident.

The police prosecutor, Sgt 413 Sanyang, adopted the facts of the case as per the charge sheet and tendered sketched plan, warning letter and testing certificate.

He also begged the court to consider his age.

The presiding magistrate, in his judgement, stated that the court had considered the mitigation of the defendant and as a result, he was hereby cautioned and discharged.
