The Gambian reggae star, Dr Olugander, recently returned home after successfully from a musical tour in the sister Federal Re-public of Nigeria.
Dr Olugander?s visit to the Federal Re-public of Nigeria was a result of bilateral ties between the music industries of the two countries.
Speaking in an interview with Entertainment shortly upon his return, the Gambian reggae star described his visit to Nigeria was a total success, noting that he was able to meet with many in the Nigerian music industry.
He said the foundation has been laid to make the Gambian music industry effective, adding that a lot of discussion concerning music had been catalogued.
During his historic tour, the Gambian reggae star visited Lagos and Abuja where he performed at the Crystal Night Club in Abuja.
He also paid a courtesy visit to The Gambian High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mrs Angelic Colley, and during his meeting with her a lot of things were discussed regarding music in the Gambia.
In his final note, the just returned artist thanked the Nigerian Community for appreciating his music.
