The Brikama Magistrates? Court recently granted a court bail to one Momodou Barry, a Guinean national in the sum of D3, 000, with a Gambian surety.

According to the particulars of offence, sometime in the year 2009, at Brikama, the accused Momodou Barry attempted to commit an offence to wit stealing.
The case, presided by Principal Magistrate Emmanuel Amadi, was adjourned to 12th November 2009.
