D100, 000 bail bond for Nigerian national

One Prince Operaka, a Nigerian national residing at Senegambia, was on 16th September 2010 granted court bail in the sum of D100, 000 by magistrate Mbacke of the Bundung Magistrates' Court.

The bail condition further stipulated that he must have two Gambians as sureties who must deposit title deeds of that value.

According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, Prince Operaka, on 5th September 2010, at Senegambia in the Kanifing Municipality, with intent to defraud, alleged sold to one Malick Camara five bottles of AC solution. He denied the charge.

The case was adjourned to 29th September 2010 for continuation.

The IGP was represented by 2202 Fadera.
