According to him, while in his office the accused once came to change 4,000 Dollars and they agreed at D27 per dollar, all amounting to D108, 000.

Mr. Jallow further adduced that the accused later came back and complained that the exchange rate was not good and that he wanted his 4, 000 Dollars back.

He added that the accused went out and was making calls on his mobile phone only to come back to inform him that he had spoken to his boss who instructed him to change the money with that rate.

He went further to tell the court that after handing over the money to the accused he realised that the 4,000 Dollars was less and later reported the matter to the police.
