One Modou Lamin Hydara was on 10th November 2009, arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court before Magistrate, Joseph Ikapala, charged with stealing,a charge he denied.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused Modou Lamin Hydara, on 15th August 2009, at Latrikunda German stole the following items; Samsung mobile phone, valued at D15, 000, Nokia mobile phone, valued at D1, 500, cash amount of D400 and a set of gold, valued at D10, 000, being the property of one Muba Njie.
Meanwhile, the accused was granted a court bail in the sum of D100, 000.
