A man called Ebrima Jallow was recently arraigned before Magistrate Jallow of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing.
Meanwhile, the accused, Ebrima Jallow, pleaded not guilty of the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety.
According to the charge sheet, in May 2011, at Serekunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Ebrima Jallow, stole from the shop of one Wally Bobb, one bail of second-hand clothes valued at D4,000, the property of the said Wally Bobb.
The case was then adjourned until 22 June 2011.
