Civil servants to benefit from ‘One by Six’ loan

All government officials and civil servants in The Gambia will benefit from a ‘one by six’ loan facility ranging from D5,000 to D6,500, a press release from the Office of the President has stated.

The release, aired by state TV last night, said that “all government employees and service personnel are therefore urged to apply for the facility” through their heads of Department.

Furthermore, the release stated, the Tobaski ram sale will take place at State House from 18 to 23 September 2015.

The general public also can buy rams at the State House grounds, the release stated, adding that “the rams will be 50% cheaper than those in the market”.
