The case of obtaining money by false pretence involving Modou Lamin Gaye, Alasanna Dumbuya, Modou Jallow and Mustapha Barrow, was yesterday adjourned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Ebrima Kijera.
The case was adjourned on the grounds that the registrar who was typing the record of proceedings of the former magistrate had not finished the typing.
When the case was called, the state counsel, AD Bwalla, told the court her witness was present in court to give evidence.
However, the magistrate adjourned the case till 2 October 2012, on the grounds that the record of proceedings of the former magistrate which was being typed was not ready.
