Busura, Jalabang, Kitty and Kembujeh are all through to the semi-finals of the ongoing Saamasang sponsored Kombo Central district football tournament after winning their quarter final game recently.
Busura sailed to the semi final following their 3-1 victory over Jamuwel in their quarter-final clash after a goalless draw in the regulation time at the Marakissa playground on Saturday.
Jalabang advanced to the semi-final following their 3-0 win over Dasilami on post-match penalty shoot out in the second quarter final, after a 1-1 draw in the normal time at the Kembujeh football field. Kembujeh also progressed to the semi-final after their 5-4 victory over Bakary Sambouyaa on post match penalty shoot out in the third quarter-final clash, after a 1-1 draw in the regular time at the Kitty playground on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Kitty advanced to the semi final after a 4-0 win over Marakissa on post penalty kicks, after a 0-0 draw in the normal time at the Kembujeh playground the same day.
Matches continues on Saturday when Kitty clash with Kembujeh in the first semi final, while Busura entertains Jalabang in the second semi final the same day.
