Brikama United coach Sulayman Kuyateh has been handed a two-match ban for uttering unacceptable language to central referee.
This decision was taken at the meeting of the GFA Organising Committee, the Football Association has revealed.
According to the statement, “Brikama United Head Coach Sulayman Kuyateh has been levied a two-match ban after using abusive language against Central Referee in their match against Seaview.”
Kuyateh is further billed to pay a fine of D2,000 before resuming his next match on Wednesday 27 March 2013.
The Committee in their letter stated that Sulayman “must not sit on the bench, stand behind it or enter into his side’s dressing room”.
The Organising Committee’s letter was signed by GFA Administrative Secretary Baboucarr Jobe.
