Brikama United on Saturday broke the Young African FC's record of seven games unbeaten run without conceding a goal, with a goal-to-nil defeat at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium in the Gambia Football Association first division league.
Ansumana Jobarteh's 10th minute goal was just enough to earn Brikama United all three points at the expense of newly promoted Young Africans.
The win now means Brikama United are back on top of the league with 18 points in eight games, while Young Africans have collected 11 points in eight encounters.
