The 2013-2014 Brikama football Nawettan continues to produce exciting
clashes at the West Coast Region’s biggest football arena, the Brikama Mini
Stadium, as seen last weekend.
Among the games, Puntalana FC defeated Fabou FC 2-1 in a tricky tie; while last year’s knock-out runners up, Daru Youths FC, drew 1-1 with Kitty United FC in a tricky encounter to keep their chance of qualifying for the second round of the Nawettan, after losing to Black Pool FC in the knock-out final last season.
Elsewhere, untouchable Jaliba United FC side drew 2-2 with new comers Madina Saladingto FC in a mouth-watering clash, while Amasa FC also drew 2-2 with Real De Misera FC in the other exciting encounter.
