Boosting your confidence

Are you sick and tired of waking up in the morning dreading the day and feeling like you should just stay in bed?

Is this because you feel that nobody appreciates you and most people don't even seem to think you can do anything right?

Are you worrying that you'll get fired every morning when you get to work? Feeling bad or unworthy of friendship, love or respect? Or are you struggling to make friends? Is it that you find social situations always make you feel nervous to the point that you can't even speak?  Is it that you know you could achieve much more, but you don't have the confidence to face new challenges? Do you feel powerless, like a victim all the time? It's exhausting and it?s taking quite a toll on your life, isn't it? But, you don't have to feel that way anymore. It's not hopeless and you don't need to continue feeling powerless. Low self esteem has been the headache of most people, if you think that you are the only victim then you are wrong. However, you can take some of Karl Perera's self-confidence test that can help boost your confidence.

Know that other people are not better off or more fortunate than you. Whatever you have and wherever you are, know that you are far ahead of most people.  Accept yourself as you are and be happy with yourself.

Enjoy socializing with others and notice how much you are appreciated. You deserve love and respect no matter what, and feel valued and needed. Most people need others to tell them that they have done a great job, but you don't need that. Know that you?ve done a great job even if you are not told so. Most importantly remember that being yourself is important. Remember that four things will always keep your confidence boosted and they are; make friends easily, always accept criticism without feeling put down, admit your mistakes openly never hide your true feelings.

Always speak up for yourself and put your views across, remember that everyone's view is equally important. Don't worry what others think of your views because you don't need others' approval to feel good. Don't feel guilty about doing or saying what you want and believe me your self-confidence will be higher than you thought it could ever get.
