Black & White of Berending on Saturday shared the plunder with Gunjur United in the 2014 West Coast Region third division league, after a goalless draw in the week-one fixtures played at the Berending Football Field.
The visitors, Gunjur United, dominated the game, won the lion’s share of ball possession and created numerous goal-scoring opportunities.
They were however not clinical in front of the goal-mouth hence squandered all their limited goal-scoring chances.
Host Black &White, on the other hand, were defending and capitalizing on counter-attacks.
They also created a few goal-scoring opportunities but failed to utilize their chances thus the game ended goalless.
The draw has earned both Black & White of Berending and Gunjur United a single point in one outing.
Both clubs will have to win their games to fancy their chances of clinching the West Coast Region third league title, as well as keep their hopes of securing a place in GFF third division triangular qualifiers next season.
