The Bayba Financial Service-sponsored junior tournament in Mbollet Ba
Village has reached its climax with Aduna FC set to take on Niggi United in the
finals.
Aduna FC made it to the finals after beating Late Wally Joof FC by a goal to nil in the semi-finals encounter, played at the Mbollet Ba football ground last Saturday.
Chaba Sowe scored the only goal of the game for his side in the 22nd minute of the match to guarantee them a place in the finals.
Niggi United meanwhile sailed to the finals following a 4-2 penalty shoot-out win over Mbankam FC, in their semi-finals game played last Sunday.
The clash ended 1-all in regulation time with Mbankam FC taking the lead 2 minutes into the encounter.
Niggi United, who eventually emerged winners after the post-match penalty kicks, leveled the scores in the second minute of the second period.
The Mbollet Ba Youth and Sports Committee, the organisers of the competition, will communicate the date for the finals.
