Bala Secka, a resident of Bakau who is facing two count charges of criminal trespass and assault causing bodily harm, will today know his fate at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court before Her Worship Senior Magistrate Sainabou Wadda-Ceesay.
On the resumption of the case, the presiding Magistrate Wadda-Ceesay told the court that the prosecution has called various witnesses to testify in court including the complainant, adding that the evidence adduced by the prosecution witnesses during the trial collaborate each other.
The trial magistrate further noted that the court found the accused guilty on both counts, adding that the prosecution has proven its case beyond all reasonable doubt, and that the accused has indeed committed the said offence.
At that juncture the case was adjourned to today for conviction and sentencing.
