Bakau giant Steve Biko will clash with Bakau United in all-Bakau derby in the Week Eighteen fixtures of the Gambia Football Association (GFA) National Division One League today Wednesday 12 May 2010, at the Brikama Mini-stadium.
Steve Biko collected 24 points from seventeen games and they will be hoping to bounce back after loosing two games in a row.
Opponents Bakau United at 14 points will be expecting a win in order to avoid relegation to the Second Division.
The reining champions Armed Forces at 23 points will meet 25 points Samger, at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium.
The current league leaders GPA will face Real de Banjul at 22 points, at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda.
GPA, who is leading the league with 35 points, a single point ahead of 2nd place Wallidan, will be expecting to bounce back following their narrow 1-0 defeat in the hands of the Blue boys Wallidan over the weekend.
Elsewhere, relegation threatened Hawks at 13 points will battle it out with telecommunication boys Gamtel, at 25 points at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium.
On Thursday 13 May 2010, Western Region giant Brikama United at 19 points will meet relegation threatened side Seaview, with only 14 points at the Box Bar Mini-stadium in Brikama.
Wallidan will entertain the side Interior at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium.
