Babylon 95, State Takes Over Case

The state counsel M.B Jones in the ongoing Babylon 95 trial told the Brikama Magistrates' Court last Thursday that the state was considering bring fresh charges against the accused persons.

M.B Jones who stood in for the state therefore applied for more time to enable the state to come up with the new charges against the 95 persons who are standing trial.

When the defence counsel Antuman Gaye made no objection, Senior Magistrate Edrissa Mbai then adjourned the case until 29 July 2008 for further hearing.
