APRC sweeps polls in URR

Alhaji Momar Njai, chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), yesterday announced the results of Sara Ngai ward by-election in Upper River Region (URR).

Karamo Touray of the APRC polled 1819 votes, whilst Laloun Fatty, independent candidate, got 1064 votes. There was one invalid vote.
