Amie is cementing her reputation as a giant in the entertainment industry with the release of her album which is currently ruling the airwaves in the US.
To add more feathers to her cap, Amie Dibba, is going with the Mighty Champion Sound System.
During an email interview with Entertainment recently, the American-based Gambian said she is so excited to have the opportunity to reach her fans, family, friends and supporters in The Gambia.
She added that in February this year, she released her album at the Jerma Beach Hotel. “I was able to achieve this with the support of many people. I shot a video in May for a song from my album. The video is currently being edited for release.”
The young female musician told Entertainment during the email interview that she did a few feature tracks with her peers in The Gambia and she is currently writing for her next project planned to be in the studio for next year.
The female musician said sometimes the element of surprise is necessary. “So I will not say all but I know that I am working very hard,” he said.
“My reaching out today is first to give thanks to all that have contributed to my career but also to tell the youth of The Gambia that one can achieve whatever you wish if you believe in yourself.”
Amie Dibba therefore sends a big thank-you to her family as well as to the Gambian leader for supporting her.
