One Lamin
Camara recently appeared at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, presided over by
Magistrate Jobarteh, to answer to a charge of theft pressed against him.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Lamin Camara, on 13 June 2014, at Farato village, in the Kombo North district of the West Coast Region, stole a pedal bicycle valued at D2,500, being the property of one James Mendy.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D20,000 with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned till 12 August 2014, for hearing.
