Magistrate B.O. Jobe of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court last Wednesday heard a criminal theft case involving one Momodou Barry who was brought to the corridor of justice for allegedly stealing a mobile phone of one Musu Jammeh.
He vehemently denied the charges.
