Alleged mobile thief arraigned

One Sainey Ceesay was yesterday granted bail of D1, 500 by the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, presided over by Magistrate Frederick Foster.

The accused, Sainey Ceesay, was arraigned on a charge of theft, which he had denied.

According to the particulars of offence, on 17 August 2011, at LatriKunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, Sainey Ceesay allegedly stole a mobile phone marked Samsung valued at D1, 500, being the property of one Amadou Fofana and thereby committed an offence.
