The Bundung Magistrates' Court recently heard a criminal case of obtaining money by false pretence brought against one Omar Saidy, a resident of Nemakunku village, in Western Region.
According to the particulars of offence on 6th April 2010, at Nemakunku village, the accused Omar Saidy allegedly obtained the sum of D12, 000 from one Kabeneh Kabba under the pretext that he had a scrap vehicle for sale.
He vehemently denied the charge.
The case that was presided over by Magistrate Lamin George was adjourned to a later.
