The Brikama Magistrates’ Court Monday remanded in custody one Saikou Camara, who was arraigned for being in possession of prohibited drug for the purpose of drug trafficking.
It was alleged to have been found in his possession 4kg, 500g of cannabis sativa on 27 September 2012, at Penyem village.
He denied the charge and was subsequently remanded in custody.
The case was adjourned till 17 December 2012.
