Alleged Charcoal Theft Docked

One Modou Gaye was on 1st April 2009 arraigned before Principal Magistrate Sainabou Wadda-Ceesay of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.

According to the particulars of the offence on or about the 21st March 2009 stole 5 bags of charcoal being the property of Adama Jallow.

Meanwhile the accused was granted court bail in the sum of D2000 with one Gambian surety.

The case was adjourned to 15th April 2009.
