One Alieu Komma of Brikama Nyanbai was recently granted court bail of D15,000 with a Gambian surety, after he pleaded not guilty to the offence of housebreaking before Magistrate Bless of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Alieu Komma, on 9 July 2015 at Brikama Nyanbai, allegedly broke into the house of one Siaka Camara with intent to steal.
He was further accused, that on the same date, month and year and at the same place, he broke into and entered the house of the said Siaka Camara and stole the following items: one Samsung mobile phone valued at D4,100, one play station valued at D2,500, a car charger valued at D150, a torchlight valued at D75, MP 3 valued at D3,500, and a barbing machine valued at D750, being the property of the said Siaka Camara.
The matter was adjourned till 26 August 2015, for hearing.
