A day has been set for judgment in the much-publicised false information case involving Musa Suso, the former Kombo North National Assembly Member.
The presiding magistrate, Olajubutu Kayode, yesterday set 11th December 2009, as the judgment day for the protracted case, following the submission and adoption of written addresses of both the prosecution and the Defence.
Musa Suso is charged with four counts of giving false information to a public officer, charges he denied.
In a bid to prove their case beyond all reasonable doubt, the prosecution had called in nine witnesses, while the Defence called six witness, including Musa Suso.
