Drammeh
1 Sports Shop yesterday presented ten footballs to five zones, namely
Serrekunda West, Serrekunda East, Manjai, Bakau and Sukuta
In
his remarks, Lasana Drammeh alias Star, the co-founder of Drammeh 1 Sport Shop
said the aim of the gesture is to contribute to football development in the
country, adding that they have also supported Dippakunda Youth Association
recently.
Amadou
Hydara of Drammeh 1 Sport Shop thanked the zones for their vision to promote
and develop Gambian football, particularly grass roots football.
Bai
Ndongo Drammeh, speaking on behalf of the zones, commended the donors for their
gesture.
It
is the first time they were benefiting from such generosity from a sports
company, he said.
Mr
Drammeh, who is PRO of Serrekunda West Sports Organization, therefore called on
other companies to emulate Drammeh 1 Sport Shop.
