Hadim Cham and Assan Waggeh were recently remanded in custody by the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, presided over by Magistrate Bubacarr Secka.
According to the charge sheet, on 26 December 2011, in Brikama, the accused persons, Hadim Cham and Assan Waggeh, were found in possession of 4kg of meat valued at D300, which was suspected to have been a stolen property.
The accused persons, who all pleaded not guilty of the charge, were subsequently remanded in custody.
The case was adjourned till 24 January 2011.
