Three cases were all imported, one from the United Kingdom and two from France.

“In what could be seen as an optimistic sign for the country, Minister Samateh disclosed: “Since the beginning of the pandemic, all confirm cases are imported and no indication of local transmission. This is an opportunity for entire country to work together.”

The minister thus urged people to continue following health advices to prevent local transmission.

He finally encouraged people to report any suspected case to 1025.
