2 arraigned for threatening violence

Mustapha Drammeh and Mahmud Drammeh were recently arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with threatening violence.

The charge sheet read that Mustapha Drammeh and Mahmud Drammeh, on 4 October 2011, at Latrikunda German, in the Kanifing Municipality, with intent to insult, intimidate or annoy one Abubacarr Drammeh, threatened to kill him and thereby committed an offence.

They denied the charge and were granted court bail of D10,000 each with a Gambian surety with an ID card.

The case was adjourned till 1 February 2012.
