Man granted D10,000 bail bond

One Mustapha Keita was recently arraigned at the Banjul Magistrates’ Court, charged with threatening violence.

According to the particulars of offence, Mustapha Keita, on 27 December 2011, in Banjul and in diverse places, threatened to assault one Ebou Cham with a stick.

He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety who must deposit a national ID card with the court.

The case at that juncture was adjourned till 27 January 2012.
