Work is set to begin at Gunjur Mini Stadium soon

Work is set to start at the Gunjur Mini Stadium very soon, according to news emanating from The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Secretariat in Kanifing East Layout.

The country’s football governing body last month visited the Kombo South coastal town football field where they held a meeting with the Sports Committee regarding the construction of the Gunjur Mini Stadium.

The GFF officials assured Gunjurians that work will soon begin at their mini stadium.

Meanwhile, Gunjur Mini Stadium will have a grass pitch, perimeter fence and pavilions.

The Kombo South coastal town biggest football arena is expected to host league and international matches after the completion of the project.
