WAFU Youth Camp
The 2025 WAFU U-20 Youth Cup has been postponed following a request by the WAFU B as the host region for the tournament. WAFU A, in a circular to its Members, on Monday 9th June 2025 informed the participating countries that the tournament, initially scheduled to take place from 15th June 2025 to 30th June 2025, in Ghana, has been postponed to a later date in an attempt to ensure a better organisation and smooth running of the competition.
The Young Scorpions Coach Abdoulie Bojang resumed training on Monday following the Eid break and the session included shuttle runs and drills designed to assess the fitness level of the players.
Despite the postponement, the Young Scorpions will continue their preparations at the National Technical Training Centre in old Yundum.
