Barrow joined the City Boys following his remarkable performance for TMT FC in the 2024\2025 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League campaign.
He inspired TMT FC to the FF Cup final last season before losing to Greater Tomorrow in a tightly-contested final played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
Barrow will add more depth to Real de Banjul defence line.
