Rein FA lift Brikama Kambeng intermediate tournament trophy

Rien Football Academy over weekend thumped Daru Youths 2-0 in a thrilling final played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium to lift the Brikama Kambeng intermediate football tournament trophy.

Captain Ousman Gbla opened the scores for Daru Youths in the first half from a wonderful rebound to give Rien Football Academy the lead.

Pateh Jallow sealed the victory for Rein Football Academy in the second half from a sublime finish, putting the game beyond Daru Youths’ reach despite their spirited spell after the break.

As champions, Rien Football Academy walked away with a trophy and a cash prize of D20,000 while Daru Youths pocketed D15,000 as runners-up.
