The coaching programme is set to run from 22nd May to 23rd May 2026 .
Two elite personnel instructors from Spain, certified by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Abel Ruiz De Arbula, Head of Partner Club Relations for CD Alaves and Jose Luis Castro, Professional Football Scout for Deportivo Alves will lead the programme.
The coaching course is facilitated by Max San Cassius, Medina Academy Sporting Director, whose expertise and guidance continue to contribute immensely to the development of football coaching and technical capacity building.
The initiative reflects on their commitment to empower coaches with modern knowledge, practical skills and professional development opportunities that will positively impact football growth in The Gambia.
