President of Bakau Sports Committee (BSC), Ousman Cho Drammeh thanked Lamin Kabba Bajo for granting them the audience and said the courtesy call was to deepen the already good ties between the Federation and his Committee.
He also talked about his leadership’s plans to work on upgrading the existing facilities at the Bakau Mini Stadium.
Drammeh urged his Committee members to continue to learn from the current leadership of Football House in terms of sports administration and governance.
For part, the president of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF), Lamin Kabba thanked Drammeh and his team and also congratulated them for their election.
Bajo expressed optimism that they would continue to build on the good legacy left behind by their predecessors.
He recalled that his relations with the Bakau Sports Committee dates back to many years ago prior to his ascension as the head of Gambian football.
Bajo added that his election as the GFF president in 2014 only went to consolidate those relations.
He remarked that Ousman is a great asset to Football House and as a result, reassured them that the Federation would continue to give him and his team all the support they need towards the development of sports in Bakau.
