League clubs in The Gambia are currently stretching their muscles as the country’s new league campaign draws nearer.

2021-2022 league champions, Hawks will do all efforts to defend their league trophy.

The Red Devils won the country’s Top-Tier League trophy last season after securing 56 points in 30 league outings.

Real de Banjul, Brikama and The Gambia Armed Forces will all scuffle to snatch the league trophy from Hawks after surrendering the country’s Elite League trophy to the Red Devils last season.

Newly-promoted sides, PSV Wellingara and Greater Tomorrow Football Academy will battle to stay in the country’s Premier League for another season.

Relegated-sides Elite United and The Gambia Ports Authority will contend to regain promotion to the first division league next season following their shock demotion to the Second Division League last season.
