The Gambia must win their remaining eight qualifier matches to snatch qualification to the 2026 World Cup.

The Scorpions are currently flopping in Group F of the global biggest football showpiece qualifiers without a point after losing to Burundi and Ivory Coast in their two opening qualifier matches.

Coach Tom Saintfiet and his charges must win their eight qualifier matches and hope Ivory Coast and Gabon slip in their qualifier matches to secure qualification to the 2026 World cup following their woeful start to the global biggest football showpiece qualifiers.

The Gambia will play against Seychelles and Gabon in their third and fourth qualifier matches in March 2024.

The Scorpions must snatch the vital three points away from both Seychelles and Gabon to pile pressure on Ivory Coast and Gabon in Group F of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

Meanwhile, Ivory Coast and Gabon are both with 6 points in Group F of the global biggest football fiesta qualifiers after two qualifier matches.
