Gaffer Yahya Manneh presents CAF A License coaching certificate to GFF leadership

Head Coach of The Gambia U-17 team, Yahya Manneh on Friday presented his CAF A License coaching certificate to the leadership of the Gambia Football Federation in a brief ceremony at the Football House.
The President of the GFF, Lamin Kabba Bajo and first Vice President Bakary K. Jammeh, as well as the General Secretary Lamin M. Jassey and the General Manager of the National Teams’ Department, Ousman Drammeh, were all present to receive Coach Manneh.

Manneh was amongst the three Gambias that recently completed their CAF A License certificate organised by the Liberian Football Association.

Coach Manneh thanked the GFF for the support rendered to him throughout the journey, noting that it couldn’t have been achieved without the maximum support of the Football House leadership.  

Speaking earlier, the First Vice-President of the GFF, Bakary K. Jammeh described Manneh as the first GFF trained A License certificate holder since the establishment of association football in the country.

He expressed his delight in associating himself with such a feat, while also assuring him of the Federation’s continuous support at all times.

 President of the GFF , Lamin Kabba Bajo, said Yahya is amongst the few Gambians to have an A License coaching certificate, adding that the federation under his leadership will continue to build the capacity of its human resource.

Bajo described Yahya as a very hardworking person, adding that the GFF is very happy to have helped him in this journey.

The General Secretary Lamin M. Jassey made similar remarks.
