Ecomog slash Kulukochi Utd to navigate to Gunjur League final

Ecomog FC on Tuesday defeated Kulukochi FC 2-0 in their semifinal clash played at the Gunjur Upper and Senior Secondary School Football Field to sail to the final of the 2021-22 Gunjur ‘nawetan’ league.

The Sifoe based-team scored two brilliant goals in the match without Kulukochi United FC replying to advance to the final of the Coastal Town biggest wet season football jamboree final.

The defeat saw Kulukochi FC out of the league competition and will now switch their attention to the knockout championship.

Meanwhile, Young Santos FC on Monday clinched the 2021-2022 Gunjur super cup trophy after hammering Asselem FC 4-1 in a well-attended final played at the Gunjur Upper and Senior Secondary School Football Field.
